The Aston Martin DBS, later called V8 was built for a very long time. In the mid-1980s the concept was out of date and the new Aston Martin was to be called “Virage”. It was introduced at the British International Motor Show in Birmingham in 1988 and it was well received by the well-healed audience. Its first model, however, didn’t roll off the conveyor belt until January 1990. In March 1996 its successor, once again called V8, was released but it was mostly just a “face lift”. In August 2000 the last cars of this model were built.
Our classic Aston Martin is a wonderfully orginal Coupé with approx. 124,000 kilometers. It has been in collector’s hands for years and is very well maintained and has been used consistently, albeit rarely. Today, this car is a rare young classic but tomorrow it will be a sought after classic car!
