When the Silver Shadow was presented in 1965, the modern age dawned at Rolls-Royce. The archconservative manufacturer of luxury cars now trusted in a self-supporting body, disc brakes and many modern-looking details, not least a modern design. The success was huge! A coupé and the noble cabriolet followed. From March 1971 these special models were called “Corniche”.
Our elegant Rolls-Royce Corniche in the dream colour dark blue had its first owner in the USA, Lyndhurst, New Jersey and was delivered in 1987. For some years now, the elegant convertible has been in German hands. Although the classic car has been driven very little, it has been given a new soft top made of Sonnenland fabric. It fits perfectly. The service work in Germany was always carried out by a well-known Rolls-Royce specialist company. If these luxury classics are regularly maintained, as our Corniche is, they will give pure pleasure for many years.
