BMW’s new luxury coupé, the so called “series 6” was first shown at the Geneva Salon in 1976. Sporty luxury coupés have had a long tradition at BMW and among the series 6, the 635 CSi was the most popular model. An impressive quantity of 51,564 cars of this model were shipped. The design of the new coupe was classic but not spectacular. Technically, the model was quite innovative and its digital engine electronics, front axle and semi-trailing link rear axle gave the car unusual road positioning. The series 6 coupe was very successful in racing and won the European Championship in the touring car category three times.
Our BMW 635 CSi Coupe came to us from its first owner in Denmark. We can assure that the car only has 87,000 km on it. It looks like a young used car and will soon be a highly sought after classic car!
