BMW was clever to take the body of the BMW 2000 CS Coupé, redesign the front end and create an attractive new Coupé. The fantastic six cylinder engine adds the finishing touch to put the model into its own league. As BMW 2000 CS it was much admired at the Paris Auto Salon in 1968. Karmann/Germany built the body, engine implementation and final assembly took place at the factory in Dingolfing/Germany. The models with super engines had injection and were named BMW 3.0 CSi.
This model is exactly such a Coupé! It was delivered to Ragusa/Italy and registered for the first time on January 29, 1974. Since 2016 the classic has been driving in Germany. Engine and technology are partially restored and all seat coverings are renewed with authentic velour. This model is highly sought after because of its injection engine so enjoy this beautiful Coupé!
